Middle Level: This floor offers two main bedrooms with king beds, two main bedrooms with queen beds, and a den with a 50-inch HDTV and DVD player.

Top Level: An open design with no interior walls allows maximum views and provides enormous, open living space with a 70-inch HDTV, a DVD player, cable with premium channels, a large dining area for family feasts (an extra-large dining table seats 18 guests), and an extra-large kitchen with two dishwashers. Multiple seating areas let you enjoy conversation with friends and family, watch TV, or just soak in the magnificent OBX views. Rounding out the top floor is a half-bathroom. Expansive decks on the two top floors with a sky deck are great for whale watching.

Amenities: Guests can enjoy a private heated pool (heat is available in May, June, and September), a hot tub, multiple TV/DVD players, cable with premium channels, two refrigerators, WiFi, and a basketball hoop. Beach access is 15 yards away.

For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Pool heat is not available in July and August.

The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.
