Welcome to Laughing Gull Manor, a well-maintained and beautifully decorated 5-bedroom home in the resort community of Corolla Light. Recent updates include a newly remodeled kitchen and primary bathroom. Situated on the oceanside of the community, Laughing Gull Manor provides guests with convenient access to the beach and is within walking distance to the Corolla Light community pools and outdoor amenities.

The top level features a spacious layout and fantastic flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas, with stylish and beach-friendly LVT flooring installed throughout. Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows create a bright and airy space with abundant natural light. The Ships Watch overlooks the great room below and is the perfect place to curl with a good book or watch TV. When you're not trying out one of Corolla's fantastic restaurants, you can prepare meals at home in the updated kitchen featuring gorgeous quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and a mosaic tile backsplash. The primary suite is also located on the top level and provides access to the deck and a newly remodeled bathroom with a luxurious walk-in, rainfall shower. A beach access is located right down the street from Laughing Gull Manor, just a short walk away at the end of Morris Drive. From there, take the path over to the Corolla Light oceanfront complex, complete with a restaurant, multiple pools, lighted basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, playgrounds, and a putting area. There are numerous lighted tennis courts throughout the resort, as well as the northern Outer Banks' largest fitness center with a 25-yard pool, hot tub, sauna, free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, racquetball, wallyball, table tennis, and more. Corolla Light guests also receive preferred golf rates at The Currituck Club in Corolla and The Seascape Golf Club in Kitty Hawk.
