Four Seasons

This gorgeous, well-maintained vacation home, whose kitchen, dining area, half-bath, and entry foyer were remodeled in 2016, has undergone another transformation for the 2021 season.  The new addition of two King bedrooms with en-suite baths, a 3-story elevator, and a recreation room will take this previous four bedroom home to a new 6 bedroom level. You will also enjoy the  large custom built L-shaped private pool, new hot tub, and large sunny and shaded deck areas. Four Seasons is located only 475’ from the ocean and a short walk to Corolla Light Resort’s many amenities, which are all free!  Come experience what a vacation is supposed to be! 

Description:

Top Level:  

A new elevator will bring you to the top floor which now features a new large king bedroom with vaulted ceiling, 58” TV, and en-suite bath complete with a walk-in shower. 

The remainder of this floor’s open floor plan, completely remodeled in 2016, includes a half-bath and allows for panoramic views from the modern kitchen, dining room and great room. Two large sliding glass doors and windows on the other three sides provide lots of sunlight and add to the open-air feel of this space.  The kitchen is furnished with state of the art stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a center island with 3 bar chairs. This well-equipped kitchen means everything you will need  for your vacation is provided, but food! For example, both a regular and a Keurig coffee maker, electric and Panini grills, full-sized mixer, pots, pans, serving dishes, trays, dish towels, and even a surprise pull-out cabinet filled with spices, etc. are waiting for you to use.  In the great room, you will enjoy a new “65” TV and a dining/game table for 4.  There are two large decks on this level, one sunny while the other is shaded, providing great views and comfortable seating. One deck has two Adirondack chairs and a picnic table, and the other deck has a round table with four cushioned chairs.

Mid-Level: 

The mid-level features a new spacious king bedroom with a “58” TV and en-suite bath -complete with walk-in shower.  On the other side of the foyer are two queen bedrooms, each with TV’s, a 4-person bunk room, and a fourth bedroom which has been converted to a single room with a new twin bed and TV.  This is a perfect room for the person who wants their own space.  Each of these four bedrooms has outside access to a deck where one has two Adirondack chairs, and the other has a swing.  There are 2 full hall baths - one with a large glass walk-in shower and the other with a tub and shower – conveniently located to the bedrooms. The elevator is conveniently adjacent to the large mid-level entry foyer.

Ground Level: 

On the ground level you will now find a new recreation room with a wet bar and refrigerator. Not just a kid’s area, adults enjoy watching your favorite shows on a new “65” TV.   Also on this level, you will find a new laundry room, a completely remodeled half bathroom, and easy access to the elevator from the covered parking deck.

Outside Level:

Outside, a large one-of-a-kind custom-built “L” shaped pool (24’L x 24’L) has a connected kiddie pool and waterfall that flows into the larger pool.  Surrounded by a large semi-covered pool deck (which offers both sun and shaded areas), you can relax on comfortable, cushioned lounges and chairs, enjoy lunch by the pool at a table with four chairs, or relax in our new  6-7 person hot tub.  
The outdoor shower includes a dressing area.

Beds made prior to arrival; bath towels may be rented for $7 per set.

In addition to having close access to the ocean, Four Season renters can enjoy Corolla Light’s free amenities, including three large community pools, tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, daily organized activities for children and families, kid’s playgrounds, and the only ocean-front restaurant on the northern beach – all within a 2-3 minute walk from Four Seasons. Corolla Light’s Indoor Center, the Currituck lighthouse, Wildlife Museum, Whalehead Club and park, new boat museum, and Corolla Village are within a bike ride or a 15 minute walk.
