Walk, bike or take the community trolley (seasonal) to all of the amenities in this wonderful, family friendly community. Upgrades in 2017 included new carpet throughout. Upgrades in 2018 included interior painting, new decks added with outside stairway connecting the rear decks, all new furnishings in the living room, ships watch and Bunk Bedroom, new outdoor furniture on the front deck, updated plumbing, garbage disposal added, new bedroom fans with lighting on the mid-level, and new bathroom mirrors. Upgrades in 2019 will include refurbished deck railings on the front of the house, new range, freshly painted kitchen & bathroom cabinets, new dining room chairs and a new King mattress and box spring for the top level master bedroom.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundles in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 2 bath towels per person the house sleeps, 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
