Inside, the thoughtfully laid-out three-story floor plan comfortably accommodates family gatherings of all sizes. The mid level serves as the gathering spot, featuring an open great room with a cozy gas fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig and regular coffee makers, and a separate bar area complete with wine glasses, bar accessories, a wine and beverage fridge. Upstairs, multiple master suites and oceanfront bedrooms open directly to wide decks, greeting you with incredible sunrises each morning. Outside, dual grilling options (gas and charcoal), an outdoor shower, and two picnic tables make open-air dinners a breeze.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
