Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub and 12x14' pavilion with TV, open outside shower, picnic table and grill area.  Inside you'll find a den with 40" flat-screen TV, XBox, wet bar with full size refrigerator and access to the pool area. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second door from the bathroom to the living areas).

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Double Beds , flat-screen TV and private deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a flat-screen TV.

Top Level: Great room with deck access featuring an entertainment center with large flat-screen TV/DVD, CD/Stereo and a stone-faced wood burning fireplace. Kitchen with wood cabinetry and accents will provide a cheery backdrop to a dining area with seating for 12 offering deck access with lighthouse views. Half bath.

2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/24 -10/11/24

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
