Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub and outside shower. Enclosed carport with beach cart. Inside you'll find a Den with a flat-screen TV, sound bar, pool deck access, sofa bar seating 2, game table seating 4, a half bathroom and a full kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher. King Master Bedroom with flat screen TV. Laundry room with washer, dryer and sink. Elevator access to all levels. 

Mid Level: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom. Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with deck access that shares a full jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access. Half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV, electric fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, 2 dishwashers and a wine cooler. Dining area seating 8 with access to the screened porch with a picnic table. King Master Bedroom with flat screen TV, private deck access and a private full bath.

Extras: Private Pool (25 x 10, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 7 TVs, ELEVATOR, electric fireplace, books, games, picnic table, 2 gas grills, enclosed outside shower, screened porch, 2 refrigerators, wine cooler, 3 dishwashers, deck swing, beach cart and linens and towels provided. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
