Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk (Single over Queen) with Trundle, flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 4 King Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV, private bathrooms and deck access (1 has a private deck). Decks offer plenty of outdoor furniture and a deck swing.

Top Level: Open and spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, flat-screen TV/ sound bar, electric fireplace, desk, deck access to outside dining, open and covered decks and a crows nest with lighthouse views! Kitchen with double ovens, wine captain, counter island with prep sink and seating for 4 people, dining area with seating for 11, deck access and half bath. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement
weather or pool temperature.

Military Discount: This home offers a 10% military discount on 2027 reservations (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount on 2026 reservations. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
