Welcome to the Comfort Zone, a charming and spacious getaway that has been lovingly owned since 1995, and owner managed since 1997. After two years of renting through a management company, I decided to personally oversee the home’s upkeep to ensure the highest standards—especially when it comes to cleanliness. Thanks to my dedicated housekeeper, we consistently earn top ratings for cleanliness in guest reviews!   You have full access to all the amenities of Corolla Light Resort, with six Guest Bracelets provided.

I list my home in two places, here on the Corolla Light website, where you may rent directly through me, or on VRBO (where you can read my reviews). Renting here will save you from paying service in fees, but if you prefer paying with a credit card VRBO is an option. Unlike other properties, I don’t charge a hosting fee, and I don’t have a damage waiver, I just trust if you break something, you will replace it.

Located in a prime spot, Comfort Zone offers easy access to the Beach, the Indoor Sports Center and the Sound-side pool. Stroll down the Sturgeon Street Pedestrian Walkway for a direct path to the beach, or head across the street past the Sports Center to reach the Sound-side pool, which also marks the beginning of a scenic Nature Trail that stretches the entire length of the resort.  This trail along the Sound is a pleasant alternative to walking the beach, plus watching the breathtaking sunsets over the Sound— is a perfect way to end the day!

This first-floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath middle-unit condominium boasts a spacious floor plan designed for relaxation. Comfortably sleeping six guests, it warmly welcomes well-behaved dogs. While my photography may not be professional, I promise it captures a home that is truly roomy and inviting. The activity center of the home is the custom-made 4x8 foot granite-top dining table, ideal for shared meals, lively game nights, and room for a puzzle in progress. The recently remodeled kitchen features wraparound countertops and ample cabinet space, complementing the convenient pantry. Fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, the kitchen is ready for culinary adventures.

For added comfort, bed linens are provided, with beds made before your arrival. Kitchen towels are also included, but please bring your own bath and beach towels. I provide sturdy beach chairs, umbrella, cabana and beach toys.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Master Suite: Spacious and private, featuring a separate room for the shower and commode, a jacuzzi, as well as a private deck—a peaceful retreat to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Front Bedroom: Includes a Queen bed, the largest of the four TVs (two of which are Smart TVs for those who know how to use the streaming functions), and black-out blinds—perfect for those who love to sleep in.

Third Bedroom: Decorated in a cozy lighthouse theme, this room features a Daybed with Trundle and black-out blinds, offering a restful space for daytime naps or a tranquil night’s sleep.

Hall Bath: Thoughtfully designed with two separate rooms to maximize convenience for guests.
