Happy Beach House

Prepare for a blissful vacation at this “Happy Beach House” on the Outer Banks! Located just a few houses away from the beach in the well-appointed community of Corolla Light, this home offers beautiful views as well as amenities, both onsite and nearby. There is something for everyone in your group to enjoy during your stay. The home’s main gathering space is in the great room on the second floor. The living area is situated perfectly for catching up with loved ones or watching TV together. Across the room, the well-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals throughout your vacation. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining area table nearby, which offers an ocean view. The coffee bar, adjacent to the kitchen, is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and head out to the deck. When you’re ready for some fresh air, step outside onto the deck to enjoy the salty breeze. Back inside and up just a few stairs, the ship’s watch is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, with large windows to enhance the beautiful views of the ocean to the east and Currituck Beach Lighthouse to the west. Across the great room and up a half-flight of stairs, the ship’s watch is the perfect place to sneak away with a good book. This room offers windows on three sides with views of the ocean and the lighthouse. There is a TV and a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, as well as built-in bench seating. Back downstairs, there is one master bedroom on the second floor, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also conveniently located on the second floor. Down a short flight of stairs, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. One master bedroom includes a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. There are also two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom, as well as an additional sitting area with a TV. The main entry to the home is on the ground level. When you’re ready to venture out, there are a plethora of amenities offered within the community of Corolla Light, including a trolley that runs throughout the community. The Oceanfront Complex offers multiple swimming pools, a clubhouse, basketball courts, shuffleboard, volleyball court, a playground, and access to the beach. Tennis and pickleball players will be delighted with the indoor and outdoor court options. The Sports Center offers an indoor pool, hot tub, racquetball court, wallyball court, fitness room, weight room, sauna, ping pong tables, and more. Soundside amenities include an additional community pool, soundfront pier, nature trail, and fishing pond. Outdoor pools and trolley service are available in-season only.
