This beautiful beach home was designed by Florez & Florez and features a lovely open floor plan and soaring ceilings. This house has four bedrooms, two of which are primary bedrooms with private baths. There is a fifth bedroom with two sets of bunks for the little ones. Each bedroom offers a TV with internet and Roku.

Mid Level: Entering the columns of the double-story porch, the Mid Level features a two-story entry foyer that opens to a large great room with soaring ceilings and skywalk plus an integrated kitchen, bar, and dining area perfect for entertaining. The Mid Level of this house also offers a main bedroom suite plus a second full bath. The combination of wraparound porches and decks creates a fantastic outdoor entertaining area and private getaway. The kitchen bar seats four and the dining table seats eight. There is a nice, large smart TV with surround sound and plenty of comfy seating to lounge for all. The laundry room is also located on this level. The wraparound porch is truly lovely. There are areas of shade as well as sun. A beautiful spot to enjoy that morning coffee as well as that glass of wine in the evening.

Top Level: The top level features a king primary suite and two additional bedrooms that share a full bath and and are connected by a lovely skywalk. Each bedroom has its own covered deck to enjoy.
