The closest beach access to Hook, Wine and Stinkers is roughly 1300 ft (a quick walk).  Trolley service is available June-August, weather permitting.

The Lower Level of the home offers up a large game room w/wet bar, mini fridge and pool table. Additionally, in the game room, there is a large smart TV and plenty of seating for movie/game night. If you head outside from the game room, you will find the private, covered outside shower and grilling space. This area gives way to the heated (w/fee) pool and new hot tub. **New pool area TreX decking for 2022** Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is less through traffic than the main roads in Corolla Light.

Top Level: Living Room w/ flat-screen TV, sound bar, gas fireplace, incredible views of the light house. Dining room table seating 8, kitchen w/ island bar seating for 4, half bath. Master Bed w/ King, smart TV, private bathroom w/ whirlpool tub, deck access.
